Co-Generation with Renewable Energy Sources
There are several considerations involved when installing co-generation facilities. Below are some informational documents you can review:
We currently have the Parallel Generation Rider available for members installing co-generation facilities. If you are interested, please contact our office to meet with a representative and discuss the project you have in mind. We require that an Application be completed prior to interconnection, and can provide that after discussing your project.
Parallel Generation Rider

The other meter registers electricity delivered by the member's generation to the cooperative. This electricity will be compensated to the member at the rate of 150% of the cooperative's system average cost of energy per kWh received (currently approximately 6 to 7 cents per kWh.
